Salary UP TO £32,000 ( depending on experience)

Harlow - Office based

We are excited to be working with a regular client of ours, a successful company based in Harlow, who are now seeking a Contracts Coordinator. The successful individual will be joining a small, friendly and creditable team and will be responsible for assisting with the smooth day to day operation and running of the service contracts administration.

Duties:

Planning and coordinating engineers site diary - keeping planner up to date.
Taking ownership of jobs.
Dealing with both projects & contracts side.
Ensure daily engineer worksheets and relevant information is received and processed.
Ordering and arranging delivery of filters and other equipment required for site jobs....
