**Work Arrangement:** **Hybrid:** Two Days Onsite, Three Days Remote

The Service Coordinator works with families located in Chicago's Northside neighborhoods, up to and including Evanston and will be required to travel to these locations.

**Pay Range:** $20.19 - $31.80 per hour
