This key role involves delivering essential service plans to our customers. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be an integral part of a national Service Engineering Team, providing fast and effective solutions to customer issues.

This role is a key role which is focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, scheduling field and in house service jobs and ensuring all service administration is up to date and accurate. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills that exhibit a Customer First philosophy.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you are responsible for the effective coordination of Service Technician scheduling and administration.
