Position Overview

            Deliver excellent customer service: greet guests, take orders, and serve food efficiently 
Maintain cleanliness and smooth daily operations of the dining area 
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally 
Ensure all food handling and preparation comply with Halal standards 
Monitor ingredients, storage, and processes to prevent cross-contamination 
Maintain basic Halal documentation and support audits when required 
Guide team members on proper Halal and hygiene practices 
Follow all food safety and workplace regulations 
Support overall outlet operations and perform duties as assigned
