Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Assist the store manager in managing the restaurant 
Responsible for daily front-of-house operations and food preparation schedule management 
Manage employee scheduling, training, and discipline 
Boost sales (set meal sales / best-selling item execution) 
Standardize hygiene management 
 Job Requirements  Preferred experience:  Front‑house supervisor/team leader/senior service staff. 
Mandarin Chinese required (for communication with customers/team); English proficiency is a plus.  
Strong service awareness, emotionally stable, and with good execution skills; able to lead a team to resolve issues during peak hours.  
Attention to detail, neat appearance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.
