We’re looking for two Service Delivery Coordinators (a.k.a. healthcare administrator) to join our dynamic team at Active+, supporting the seamless delivery of a range of rehabilitation services. These are fixed‑term roles (one 6‑month and one 12‑month). Based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD with flexible hybrid working, you’ll support the end‑to‑end service delivery for your assigned portfolio. From referral processing and provider support to responding to queries from funders such as ACC, you’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also assist with key projects, ensuring processes are efficient and services meet the highest standards for our clients, clinicians, and funders.
