Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Screening & Deployment
 ‒ Identify and evaluate appropriate hardware models for store deployment.
 ‒ Collaborate with vendors on installation, staging, driver requirements, and rollout readiness.
 ‒ Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues before and during hardware rollouts.
 ‒ Document quality assurance processes and installation procedures.
 ‒ Monitor hardware returns from stores and work with OEMs to identify and resolve defects.

rvice Delivery & Support
 ‒ Provide support and documentation for retail store technologies and devices, including POS, printers, digital displays, cameras, and overhead music systems.
 ‒ Respond to inquiries via phone and email within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 ‒ Track, manage, and resolve cases using ServiceNow and NCR @YS Portal.
