Overview

We are seekingexperienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support to a large end-user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support via telephone and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software and access issues
  • Log, triage and prioritise incidents and service requests
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and user experience
  • Support desktop, laptop and Microsoft-based environments
  • Skills & Experience

  • Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
