Position Overview

Description
4 days on and 3 days off. Sun/Mon will be 12 hour overnight shifts and Tues/Wed will be 8 hour shifts.
• Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods.
• Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages
• Resolve work orders following documented steps and training
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
