Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join a growing IT support team. This role provides first-level technical support to end users across a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a troubleshooting mindset, and a desire to grow within IT.
This opportunity is well suited for IT professionals looking to build hands-on experience, as well as candidates with prior service desk or help desk experience.
