A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aService Desk Analyst.


Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 24 Months

Location: San Antonio, TX



As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be:

  • Help users resolve issues with computer hardware or software. respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users.
  • EIT Service Desk provides remote first and second level continuous IT support for Client in a 24x7x365 multi-channel environment.
  • Must be extremely flexible with their working hours and assigned duties.
  • Handle incoming queries and requests from end users, either via email or over the phone.
  • Taking detailed notes of the problem, the user is experiencing, determining steps they can take to resolve the issue, and managing the flow of incoming support requests...
