Service Desk Technician

Contract 6-Month Minimum with Possible Extension
Role Overview
First point of contact for employee technology support via phone, portal, and in-person channels.
Schedule Options
- 4 openings: 7A-4P 10:30A-7P (last 2 hrs remote) 8A-5P
- One Saturday/month Occasional late shift coverage
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incidents in Jira Service Management
- Password resets, account unlocks, and access support
- Troubleshoot virtual desktops, VPN, MFA, printers, and endpoints
- Support Microsoft productivity tools and line-of-business applications
- Escalate unresolved issues with thorough documentation
Requirements
- 1-2 years help desk or desktop support experience
