The service dispatcher serves our customers by dispatching installation and repair services and maintaining accurate records.
Position Requirements:
- Identifies telecommunication service needs and assigns appropriate service technician to the job.
- Provide time estimates for work requests and schedules appointments.
- Monitors service progress and manages technician’s time.
- Updates completion notes on work performed.
- Notifies supervisor of extraordinary problems; follows through to completion of projects.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Pre-Requisites:
- Previous dispatch and telecommunication industry experience a plus.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, both externally and internally.
