The service dispatcher serves our customers by dispatching installation and repair services and maintaining accurate records.

Position Requirements:

• Identifies telecommunication service needs and assigns appropriate service technician to the job.
• Provide time estimates for work requests and schedules appointments.
• Monitors service progress and manages technician’s time.
• Updates completion notes on work performed.
• Notifies supervisor of extraordinary problems; follows through to completion of projects.
• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Pre-Requisites:

• Previous dispatch and telecommunication industry experience a plus.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, both externally and internally.
