The Service Engineer (ACMV) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. This role involves providing technical support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The Service Engineer works closely with project teams and clients to ensure smooth operation and reliability of all ACMV systems.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation fans.
• Carry out corrective maintenance to resolve system faults and breakdowns efficiently.
• Inspect and test equipment and components to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Record service activities and update maintenance reports accurately.
