Service Engineer – Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire & Security Responsibilities
Installing and commissioning building management, fire detection and alarm, and electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
Testing and validating system performance through functional testing such as point‑to‑point checks, loop testing, and full system verification to ensure reliable operation and compliance with standards.
Maintaining and repairing live systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing faults, and repairing hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
Responding to breakdowns and service calls, attending emergency call‑outs, troubleshooting efficiently, and restoring systems to minimise downtime and safety risk.
