- Provide technical support for electrical and automation equipment, with a strong focus on Mitsubishi PLC programming. - Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and perform on-site troubleshooting when required. - Support sales activities by preparing quotations, confirming specifications, and providing technical solutions and documentation to customers.
