Assist in reviewing deployment blueprints, piping/cabling layouts, and Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation for liquid‑cooled systems.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to evaluate technical risks, site readiness, and cooling efficiency profiles.
2. Front‑Line & On‑site Technical Support
Perform routine inspections, hardware installation, configuration, testing, and hardware upgrades at client facilities (e.g., Data Centers or enterprise server rooms).
Respond promptly to customer service requests, performing efficient on‑site fault diagnosis and primary hardware troubleshooting for both air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled environments.
