Position Overview

Ensure service jobs are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives 
Work in the service department, repair / calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products 
Repair equipment with ideally zero return 
Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration 
Provide technical support to regional service center 
Optimize service process and asset utilization 
Recommend optimum inventory 
Ensure traceability of service work 
Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders 
Evaluate new product service capability 
Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement 
Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
