Carry out installation and commissioning of NAVCOM equipment on customers’ vessels, yachts, and boats.
Handle work on VDR-APT’s, navigation equipment, GMDSS equipment, etc.
Manage retrofit projects, handling complete bridge installations and large system integrations.
Work closely with the service coordinators to ensure the most efficient use of time and services.
Provide technical support to customers and the company’s sales and service agents.
Perform surveys and inspections of ship radio communications and radio navigational installations, subject to possessing the appropriate qualifications, accreditations, and experience.
Carry out unplanned maintenance in the event of a failure or malfunction, with the objective of restoring normal operations as quickly as possible.
Manage spare requisitions as per project requirements.
