Job Summary We are seeking a Service Engineer with a proven track record in delivering repair and calibration services for Mechanical Optics & Surveying Equipment, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Mechanical Optics & Surveying Equipment such as prismatic compass, telescope, binoculars, periscope, and boresight scopes to ensure optimal functionality
- Independently manage and deliver completed service jobs within agreed timelines to meet customer service level agreements (SLA)
- Execute laboratory support functions efficiently and in an organized manner to maintain operational workflow
- Participate actively in external and internal audits coordinated by the System Assurance team to uphold quality standards
