Key Responsibilities - Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.
- Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
- User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
