Position Title: Service Engineer
Working Location: Marsiling
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Responsibilities - Provide technical, engineering, and application support for Hitachi SEM systems and other assigned equipment.
- Conduct routine and corrective servicing of scientific instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle equipment setup, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to instruments, including PCB boards and electronic components.
- Support and maintain failure analysis (FA) lab tools across both Malaysia and Singapore locations.
- Advise customers on suitable spare parts during servicing and repair activities.
