Main duties

• Ensure planned maintenance schedules are carried out as instructed, and where necessary assistance is given to the artisan or artisans responsible for carrying out the tasks.
• Lead and coordinate all boiler maintenance, including inspections, repairs
• Assist in maintenance and repair of boiler house machinery and system to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards
• Manage the Boiler Attendants and Boiler Fireman in their duties in the running of the boiler house.
• Carry out respective plant checks to ensure artisans are complying with schedules as instructed.
• Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs in the shortest possible time.
