About the role:

The Service Improvement Coordinator supports the Senior Service Improvement Specialist to strengthen Victoria's clinical trials and research work by developing clear, reliable and culturally safe information for a range of stakeholders including – clinicians, researchers, underserved populations and general community. The role supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality information and engagement practices across a range of projects and partners to support the understanding of clinical trials and their value in the healthcare system, and to better connect the clinical trials and research sector in Victoria.

The role provides advice and input on presenting complex information clearly and reliably, and contributes to sector-wide projects, engagement and strategic initiatives that will uplift the sector.
