Overview

This newly created Service Lead role provides operational and business management support for the Clinical Advisor function within the Coroners Court. The role ensures systems, processes, resources and support structures are in place to enable effective delivery of the clinical advisor service. Working closely with the Chief Clinical Advisor and the SEECC Unit, the Service Lead supports planning, coordination, management and continuous improvement of the Clinical Advisor function and leads the development and implementation of business processes and operational initiatives that enhance service quality, consistency, efficiency and compliance.
