Well-established, high-volume multi-line powersports dealership is seeking an experienced Motorcycle / ATV / UTV Service Manager to lead and stabilize a busy Service Department.

This role is specifically for powersports professionals with real dealership experience.

Automotive-only backgrounds are not a fit.

We represent major OEMs including Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris and more and are looking for a Service Manager who understands the real-world flow of a powersports service department—seasonality, warranty nuances, technician management, and customer expectations.

This is a long-term leadership role with ownership support and a strong existing team.
