As Service Manager , you are the educational heartbeat of the center. This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, active, and directly responsible for the quality of learning that keeps students coming back.



Deliver a consistently premium educational experience aligned to the Wall Street English methodology.

Guide and support students through their learning journey — from first lesson to program completion.

Teach lessons, Encounters, Social Club activities, and complementary classes as needed.



Maintain IT assets, center visual presentation, and supply inventory.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to uphold brand consistency.
