Pay Rate: $50,000 - 120,000 per year.

Connell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results‑driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department in Middleton, Nova Scotia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a passion for building high‑performing teams. As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including customer satisfaction, technician performance, warranty administration, financial performance, and Stellantis manufacturer compliance.
