Service Manager – Staircase Cleaning
We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our long‑term client PiKa Puhtaus Oy in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, to work in staircase cleaning. Working hours are mainly on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The position is ready to start immediately upon agreement.
Responsibilities
- Estimate service costs and manage customer relationships.
- Monitor quality and business profitability.
- Plan work shifts, train employees, and participate in recruitment when needed.
- Lead and supervise your own team.
Qualifications
- Experience in the cleaning industry with supervisory responsibilities.
- Independent, organized, able to handle larger tasks, and maintain control under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Valid B driver’s license.
