Service Manager Needed in Manchester

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday morning (negotiable)

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + performance bonus (potential to earn OTE of £45,000)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent automotive specialist, now looking for a hands-on Service Manager to strengthen their team in a confidential appointment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong leader who enjoys being present in the workshop, supporting staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for Service Manager:

Lead and support a small workshop team including technicians, apprentice and service advisors

Remain hands-on within the workshop rather than purely office-based
