Selected incumbent will report to Senior Service Manager, Malaysia & Brunnei and be based at Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general maintenance servicing.Lead, motivate and inspire the field service operations team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company’s objective.Develop and implement pro-active products, marketing & services strategies, programs and promotions to grow Services business and profitability.Ensure work process comply ESH policies and act as management representative for ESH Committee. Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.Work closely with supply management, sales, engineering and other functions in the team / company to implement solutionizing and optimize support to customers.
