About the role

Mater Health Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to drive efficiency and support service delivery across key specialities. This position is being offered as a permanent, full time position based across South Brisbane and Springfield.

The position reports to the Business Manager – Planned Care. In this role you will be a member of the Planned Care leadership team, helping to respond to escalations and queries, whilst leading and supporting improvement and change management initiatives across the service.

You will join a team of Service Managers, who work in partnership with nominated specialty Medical Directors to support the strategic direction of the Specialty, in line with organisational goals and key performance indicators.
