Position Summary

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will lead the migration of legacy applications (e.g., MS Access, VB6, PHP, .NET) into modern environments such as SharePoint Online, PowerApps Platform, ServiceNow, etc. The APM Program is also in the process of implementing the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) Module. You will support the client’s ServiceNow platform, including the Enterprise Architecture (EA) module.
