As a Service Now HR Service Delivery Program Manager in the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), you will serve as the primary liaison between HR operations teams and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will manage and implement minor updates, configuration changes, and enhancements to the platform, ensuring smooth HR processes and optimal employee experience. You will also support day-to-day operations by addressing change requests, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain accurate system documentation.

Your HR Shared Services team plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class employee experiences worldwide.

• Provide project support for HR Service Delivery implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as a lead and key contributor of the ServiceNow HRSD architecture.
• Partner with product owners, process owners, and other business leaders to build HR Service Delivery solutions.
