What are your tasks?
β’ Service Operations: Set up the after-sales system, manage annual budgets, and optimize regional SOPs.
β’ After-Sales Management: Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and tech support while reducing downtime.
β’ Parts & Maintenance: Manage spare parts inventory to control costs and drive repair revenue.
β’ CRM: Maintain relationships with key clients and resolve major customer complaints.
β’ Network Construction: Expand the nationwide service network and evaluate third-party service providers.
β’ Team Development: Structure the service team, set KPIs, and organize professional training.
β’ Risk & Analysis: Analyze operational data to implement cost-reduction programs and management reports.
