本ポジションでは、サービス事業戦略に基づくオペレーション戦略の策定・実行、顧客満足度向上、品質強化、継続的改善、収益性向上を担っていただきます。
また、顧客対応の質向上、E2Eバリューチェーンの最適化、リソース計画、業務リスク管理、HSEおよびコンプライアンスの推進を通じて、安定的で高品質なサービス提供体制の構築に貢献いただきます。
