Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Operation/Service Network Executive to maintain great relationship with the business partners. The position’s responsibility including keeping the business partners network strong coverage, warranty claims validation, promote company customer service, identifying new business partners, attending to all meeting and keeping the existing business partners operation running smoothly.

•Developing and sustaining solid relationship with business partners to bring the best customer service to consumer
•Addressing and resolving business partner’s issue and complaint
•Maintain and grow the existing business partners by providing support and guidance to business partner ensuring business continuity
•Source any new potential business partner for service as when needed
