Position Overview

Description

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling ad hoc and planned service works safely and on time.

  • Coordinate and schedule ad hoc and planned service works safely and on time.
  • Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors.
  • Quote and invoice customers for unplanned service works and repairs.
  • Arrange onsite inductions via platforms like Rapid Global.
  • Manage Service NetSuite cases.
  • Engage local contractors and support inductions and safety documentation.
  • Process vendor invoices for warranty claims as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in administrative/operations roles; renewable energy experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach.
  • Contractor management experience is a plus.
