Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about Bank products and services, which include (but are not limited to):
Deal face‑to‑face with customers.
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding basic information of all products.
Lodge all service‑related customer complaints to CRM and handle and resolve complaints.
Process customer requests and applications.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.
