**A snapshot of your day in this role includes overseeing service operations across multiple wind farm sites while ensuring crews are properly staffed and projects stay on track. You review and approve employee hours, PTO, and R&R schedules to maintain operational cov** **erage, while also leading internal and external recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and personnel functions for service teams. Throughout the day, you support performance planning by setting goals, coaching employees, and team success, while monitoring key performance indicators related to productivity, staffing, safety, and operational performance. You also conduct regularly scheduled safety checks and compliance reviews to ensure all teams are operating safely and in alignment with company and regulatory standards.**
