Position Overview


  • Drive the strategic planning and continuous development of SOC and SIEM service offerings in line with security requirements and compliance standards

  • Own the full lifecycle of SOC/SIEM services, including design, implementation, operations, and continuous optimization

  • Lead technical initiatives and projects to enhance SOC and SIEM platforms, processes, and tooling

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to improve service efficiency and address evolving business and regulatory needs

  • Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Collaborate closely with internal competence centers and stakeholders across multiple CEE entities
