The Service Parts Specialist is responsible for creating, validating, and maintaining Master Parts List (MPL) documentation to support new product launches and ongoing product lifecycle management.
This role ensures that serviceable parts, assemblies, and configurations are accurate, validated, and ready for customer support across global markets. Working closely with internal cross functional teams and Joint Development Manufacturing (JDM) partners, the Service Parts Specialist plays a critical role in enabling effective aftersales and service readiness from launch through end of life. The role also contributes to the digitalisation and continuous improvement of service readiness processes, driving more efficient, scalable, and data‑driven ways of managing parts, documentation, and lifecycle information.
