Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients' service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;
Ensure timely preparation, monitoring and coordination of advanced fixed schedule for zone in alignment Service Supervisors;
Assists Service team in communicating service concerns and treatment schedule with customer;
Ensures timely and accurate submission of monthly State of Service (SOS);
Prepares the SOR (service order reports) of confirmed schedules for transmittal to service supervisors;
Daily encoding of treatment in IBS system and submit all served SOR's to accounting / Revenue Officer for invoice attachment;
Prepares necessary documents such as Certification for Contracts and Termite service upon client's request.
