Job Summary

The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD Logistics and supply chain operations in Spain. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
• Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
