Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Representative to join their team based in Maitland, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and managing regular client visits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or client relationship management, with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. A valid Code B driver’s license, own reliable vehicle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience within the upholstery, interior decorating, furniture manufacturing, home décor, fabric or textile, soft furnishings, or retail furnishings industries will be highly advantageous.
