We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Scheduler to become an integral part of our dynamic Service Operations Department. In this role, you will take full ownership of optimising the daily schedules for our field engineers, ensuring that our resources are deployed effectively and our clients receive timely service.
As a primary point of contact for both clients and engineers, you will be the “nerve centre” of our operations by resolving scheduling conflicts, managing logistics, and identifying opportunities to streamline our processes.
