These are active service files related to our installed window products — warranty calls, adjustments, parts replacements, remakes, and technical service visits. You will be coordinating directly with homeowners, builders, project managers, technicians, and production. The schedule is the heartbeat of the department. It dictates technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall service performance.
