Position Overview
Lead service operations as a Service Shift Manager. Ensure high levels of productivity and exceptional customer service while managing scheduling and department dynamics in a supportive setting.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and directing the Service Department's workload for optimal efficiency. Your leadership will involve coaching staff, diagnosing equipment issues, and finalizing repair approvals. Requirements:
