Job Description

• Caretaker of the database of the data network, maintaining visibility on wireless transmission presence.
• Provide serviceability assessment based on the agreed turnaround time (TAT) and design using all Globe existing infrastructure to serve customers.
• Provide facility reservation based on the agreed TAT, ensuring quality of the design and reliability of the information for smooth circuit activation.
• Purged deactivated or expired reservations. Updated tracker and monitoring sheet.
