Cape-Town based company seeks a Service Supervisor from Industrial Equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

1. A trade-related qualification.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in forklift industry.
3. Firm knowledge of company policies and procedures.
4. Track record with customer retention and major accounts.
5. A solid capital equipment servicing background with experience on senior management level.
6. Must have experience in Service Management, working specifically on Industrial Equipment.
7. Ability to balance strategic and operational involvement.
8. Strong staff management skills.
9. Hands-on approach as required.
